This presence detector using PIR (passive infrared receiver) detects the presence of a person in a room. The units send information to a controller or any other associated Z-Wave device. Up to 4 devices can be controlled from this device.
The sensor is a battery-powered device, which is in sleeping state unless an action is detected. After a programmable sleeping time the device wakes up and sends a status information. After this the unit goes back to sleeping modus. Batteries can be changed without unscrewing the device from the door or frame. The unit will give a visual warning on the device and sends a warning to the Z-Wave controller, when batteries need to be replaced. The unit offers a tampering control and sends an alarm message when tampered. 

The device has changeable lenses to optimize the monitoring of the room. A built in 60 db siren can be used if the sensor is in security application mode. A built in light sensor can be used to detect ambient light.

The device needs to be included into a Z-Wave network by a remote control or any other Z- Wave controller. For configuration of certain behavior a static controller such as a PC with home automation software or a gateway is required.

The ZWS230 chain motor is thanks to its small dimensions and suitable force output ideal for roof window operating and is fully compatible with the Z-Wave system. The motor can be used to upgrade centre pivot and top hung and pivot roof windows of different manufacturers.

The maximum chain reach of the ZW230 is 36cm. The motor is equipped with built-in overload protection which acts as a sensor for correct window closing.

WiDom universal Double Switch is an ON/OFF control device designed to independently control two separate loads, suited for use as both a local and remote switch. Not all Z-Wave devices support the associations and / or multi-channel associations. When associations are supported, typically are a simple local control reference (if I turn off the local light, I turn off also those associated). With Widom Universal Double Switch you can define the state of local load and the state of the devices associated independently of the load, and you can control them separately activating the recognition sequence of clicks. So you can check the local loads with single click, and the associated devices with double click.

Ready for installation, but fully configurable: The device is supplied ready for installation but can also be supplied with personalized configurations.

The PoPP Solar Outdoor Siren is a self-sufficient siren for Z-Wave security systems. Due to its large solar panel it can be used without any additional power supply or batteries. The siren can be installed on any place on the outside of the house and can be controlled using Z-Wave. This way it extends security systems and calls attention in case of a triggered alarm. The siren issues a very loud sound (105 dBm) and in parallel some stroboscope light.

This software upgrades a Z-Wave Standard UZB Stick (ZWzme_UZB1) to a UZB stick capable running Z-Wave.Me’s controller software Z-Way. The Z-Rain has an internal rocker, where the rainwater is collected until the weight of the water tilts the rocker. The tilting will be registered from a reed sensor and counted as well. Based on that the rainfall will then be calculated.

With the first tilt of the rocker and therefore right to the beginning of the rain you will receive the first value from the Z-Rain. Then you can get a push-message or E-Mail, if one of your windows is still opened and your awning will close automatically.

The great advantage of the Z-Rain is, that it not only detects rain but also measures the exact amount of rain. A small little shower is not always a reason to close your side windows. You can also configure the value of rain, when you want to be informed about the rain. During a rain fall the Z-Rain reports the amount of rain every 1024 seconds in m3 (total sum of the rainfall), mm per m2 and mm/h (current strength of the rainfall) to the Smart Home Gateway. When the rainfall stops, the last measured value will be sent to the gateway. Afterwards the value will become nil again. With that you can turn off your garden watering with the beginning of a rainfall and turn on the next watering cycle based on the measurements of the last rainfall.

Thanks to Z-Wave and the operation with two standard AAA batteries the Z-Rain can be placed anywhere in your garden. Because of the integrated battery booster technology, the Z-Rain could possibly have lifetime of up to 5 years depending on the wake-Up interval.

StellaZ is a wireless Z-Wave controlled actuator suitable for heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.

Sensor, controller and actuator are combined in a single device to allow a self-sufficient energy-efficient room control.

The device has four different modes (Normal, Energy saving, Frost protection, direct valve control via Z-Wave) to control and regulate the temperature. It is also possible to readout the temperature via wireless Z-Wave requests.

The ZM1701 is a Z-Wave controllable door lock that fits into standard European doors.

The door lock can be applied for doors from a thickness of 38 mm and up. Since the lock is just a single dead bold lock it will not replace modern three dead bold locking outer doors.

The multifunctional sensor is powered by a solar cell. Thanks to the energy management and the internal capacitor the wind sensor sends measures to the Z-Wave Controller even during the night. The built in energy manager automatically calculates and sets the wake up interval between 5 minutes (on sunny days) and 1 – 2 hours on cloudy days or at the beginning of the day.
