This presence detector using PIR (passive infrared receiver) detects the presence of a person in a room. The units send information to a controller or any other associated Z-Wave device. Up to 4 devices can be controlled from this device.
The sensor is a battery-powered device, which is in sleeping state unless an action is detected. After a programmable sleeping time the device wakes up and sends a status information. After this the unit goes back to sleeping modus. Batteries can be changed without unscrewing the device from the door or frame. The unit will give a visual warning on the device and sends a warning to the Z-Wave controller, when batteries need to be replaced. The unit offers a tampering control and sends an alarm message when tampered. 

The device has changeable lenses to optimize the monitoring of the room. A built in 60 db siren can be used if the sensor is in security application mode. A built in light sensor can be used to detect ambient light.

The device needs to be included into a Z-Wave network by a remote control or any other Z- Wave controller. For configuration of certain behavior a static controller such as a PC with home automation software or a gateway is required.

Time control
The SEC_SCP318 timeswitch will allow up to 3 ON/OFF settings per 24 hours 7 days a week. To temporarily override current settings the device has an 1 hour manual Boost Function, which allows the user to boost the system to be currently OFF for 1 hour, and an Advance Function button, which allows the user to advance the system to ON when currently OFF or switch the system OFF when currently ON. The ZWSEC_SCP318 is a system to control warm water heating in general and floor heating installations in particular. It consists of a battery operated wall thermostat installed in the room to be controlled and a relay switch to operate the water boiler. The thermostat can be manually operated by the user or remotely operated via z-wave to set the desired temperature level.

Transmitter

The ZWSEC_SSR303 is a battery operated wall thermostat. Using a big wheel on the device the user can preset the desired target temperature in the room. By verifying the target temperature with the measured real temperature closed to the device the unit decides how to operate a wirelessly attached power switch that is attached to the heater. In parallel a central gateway of z-Wave control software can set the target temperature using Z-Wave. This enables to realize a time scheduled zone heating. The thermostat itself does not have any internal timers but executes the wireless settings (COMMAND CLASS THERMOSTAT_SETPOINT) and the local setup.

Z-Wave temperature sensor

This Z-Wave device is used as a central temperature sensor for heating or cooling solutions with multiple actuators. The measured temperature is displayed. Two buttons allow to overwrite the setpoint temperature. It can be used as Z-Wave stand alone temperature sensor or to control heating, cooling of ventilation devices. The overwrite can be terminated for certain hours. After this time the setpoint temperature will go back to the redefined value.
Beside the two front buttons the device has one more button on the top side. The use of this button wan be defined by the central controller. Possible functions can include a temperature boost (heat up as soon as possible) or the activation of a energy saving mode.

The POPP Flow Stop can prevent this – thanks to Z-Wave. Flow Stop is a motor operated shut-off controller for automatic flow stop of gas and water pipes. It is equipped with Z-Wave technology. This means it is particularly suitable for use in smart homes.

Even installation is child’s play. The POPP Flow Stop is delivered completely including valve control/motor, power supply, mounting and Quick Start Guide and is easy to assembly on the existing ball stop valve. In doing so, all usual pipe standards, including ½ ” and ¾“, are possible. On this occasion no pipes must be dismantled or even water must be drained. That way the installation is normally done in 5-10 minutes.

The POPP Flow Stop is driven by a motor and closes the ball valve mechanically. You want to be informed when it starts raining and your windows are still opened? Or you want to control your garden watering intelligently and you want to note the rainfall as well? The POPP Z-Rain enables this in your Z-Wave Smart Home.

The Z-Rain has an internal rocker, where the rainwater is collected until the weight of the water tilts the rocker. The tilting will be registered from a reed sensor and counted as well. Based on that the rainfall will then be calculated.

With the first tilt of the rocker and therefore right to the beginning of the rain you will receive the first value from the Z-Rain. Then you can get a push-message or E-Mail, if one of your windows is still opened and your awning will close automatically.

The great advantage of the Z-Rain is, that it not only detects rain but also measures the exact amount of rain. A small little shower is not always a reason to close your side windows. You can also configure the value of rain, when you want to be informed about the rain. During a rain fall the Z-Rain reports the amount of rain every 1024 seconds in m3 (total sum of the rainfall), mm per m2 and mm/h (current strength of the rainfall) to the Smart Home Gateway. When the rainfall stops, the last measured value will be sent to the gateway. Afterwards the value will become nil again. With that you can turn off your garden watering with the beginning of a rainfall and turn on the next watering cycle based on the measurements of the last rainfall.

Thanks to Z-Wave and the operation with two standard AAA batteries the Z-Rain can be placed anywhere in your garden. Because of the integrated battery booster technology, the Z-Rain could possibly have lifetime of up to 5 years depending on the wake-Up interval.

The POPP 433 Bridge enables your POPP Hub to be connected to RF433 MHz devices (fixed code). Therefore you can connect devices like door sensors and wall plug working with the RF433 MHz technology to your bridge.
The bridge will be added to your existing Wi-Fi network. For that you just connect with the Wi-Fi of the Bridge and set up all the settings of your local Wi-Fi and your POPP Hub. Afterwards you can add and control the RF433 MHz devices via the Web UI and the App of your POPP Hub.
As a result the 433 Bridge is perfectly made to create a connection between your wall plugs or door sensors of the 433 MHz technology with your Z-Wave devices. The advantage of the RF433 devices is extended range and wide dissemination in DIY markets and other channels. However devices with 433 MHz (fixed code) do not communicate with encryption, bidirectional or with a security standard.
The POPP 433 Bridge is only compatible to the POPP Hub or with gateways based on the Z-Way software.

Strips by Sensative is an ultra-thin magnetic sensor designed to monitor and protect the status of windows or doors and reports the data to the smart home controller. To do this the sensor can be mounted almost invisibly on frames of doors or windows. Strips by Sensative consists of two components: The thin narrow strip is mounted on the window or door frame and the small square magnet is mounted on the movable part of the window or door.
Strips is 19,5cm long and only 3mm thin, is Z-Wave Plus certified and can also be used outdoors. Its built-in battery has a life time of up to 10 years.

In case of emergency it alarms acoustically and sends alarm signal to Z-Wave network so that all other smoke detectors in range can be alarmed. Thanks to Z-Wave wireless technology you can define further actions triggered by the smart home control center in case of an alarm. This device is the first smoke sensor with Z-Wave which has the Q-label (Vds 3131) for extended quality.

Beyond these functions the Z-Wave smoke detector can be used as an independent indoor siren which can be integrated into an existing security system. Within your Z-Wave smart home network the smoke detector can be connected to other sensors such as door and window contacts or motion sensors independently from a control center. In case of an alarm the acoustic signal will be different from the signal in case of fire.

Z-Weather is the world’s first energy-automated Z-Wave sensor.

The multifunctional sensor is powered by a solar cell. Thanks to the energy management and the internal capacitor the wind sensor sends measures to the Z-Wave Controller even during the night. The built in energy manager automatically calculates and sets the wake up interval between 5 minutes (on sunny days) and 1 – 2 hours on cloudy days or at the beginning of the day. Additionally, the energy management protects against full discharging and enables continous operation for reporting gusting wind, storm or dusk in case of emergency.

This product combines a certified carbon monoxide detector with a plug-in Z-Wave module to form a wirelessly reporting carbon monoxide sensor. The carbon monoxide detector is certified according to EN 50270:1999, EN 60335-1:1994 as well as EN 50291:2001 and satisfies all contemporary legal requirements.
The high-end carbon monoxide detector offers a test button conveniently accessible – e.g. with a broom stick – when mounted on the ceiling. Three colored LEDs on the device indicate Alarm, Error and Battery Level. The Alarm conditions as well as the actual CO level – measured in ppm – are reported wirelessly using Z-Wave. Additionally, a group of actuators can be controlled using the BASIC command class in case the CO alarm triggers. Two configuration parameters define what command to be sent in this case. The Keypad is the first Z-Wave enabled and outdoor Keypad in the Smart Home world!
The Keypad can activate and deactivate your security system by using an individual Pin Code. Furthermore you can unlock connected doorlocks without a key but with a multi-digit Code.
As soon as somebody logs in with his personal Pin Code you will be informed automatically. Because of that you even know while your on the road, when your kids arrived at home. Beside the Keypad does not need a key, which are often lost by kids.

The POPP Keypad can save up to 20 different Pin Codes. Each Code can have 4-10 digits. Every single Pincode has its own scene ID and can start other scenes. Meanwhile you can also us the different scenes IDs to see, who and when one of the residents came home. Additionally the Keypad has an separated doorbell button, which controls his own scene. That way you can switch on a light and turn down the volume of your hifi system when somebody rings the door.

The Keypad is protected against tamper and burglar the Keypad has an integrated magnetic sensor. If the Keypad is move unauthorized, you receive a push message (gateway mode) immediately or a siren will be triggered. In addition a separted scene ID is used, when a wrong Pin Code is entered. As a result you know directly when somebody use the keypad unauthorized. An integrated multicolor LED shows, if the Pin Code was entered correctly and informs if the entered Code was transmitted successfully.

Stand alone and Gateway mode
The Keypad can be used in 2 different modes. Firstly it can be use in connection to a doorlock or dooropener in the Stand-Alone mode. For that you do not need a Z-Wave gateway because the Keypad is directly associated with the door opener.
Secondly the Keypad can be used in the Gateway mode. For that the keypad is connected to the Gateway and is shown as a scene controller. Each access code gets his own scene ID. The doorbell button and the wrong entering of code will be shown with own scene IDs.
